The meat case at Rain Shadow Meats is the things dreams are made of.

Yesterday I had lunch at the Melrose Market with Tim. Could not pass up the meat on display at Rain Shadow Meats.  I walked out with Chorizo sausages, 2 kinds of Italian sausage and a sampling of their beef short ribs. The Italian sausage and the short ribs will be tonight’s dinner.  Next time I am going for the Capicola and the Lamb Crepinette, which Tim recommends.

Tim bought some steaks as well and added some carrots and spuds from Marigold and Mint.

Tim bought some produce to go with his meat.
