Soy Ginger Marinade
Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

2 tbs. soy sauce
½ cup Teriyaki
¼ cup unseasoned Rice Vinegar
2 tbs. granulated sugar (or brown)
1½ tsp. minced garlic
1 tbs. minced ginger
¼ tsp. hot chili Sauce
1 tbs. Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tbs. lime juice

Procedure

Mix all ingredients. Heat over low heat or microwave for 30 seconds. Set aside for 5 or 6 minutes to let flavors develop.
Pour over fish, poultry, beef, and pork as a marinade before cooking.
