Over at Questionland it’s Wine and Cheese Week.  The question was asked – Who is your favorite local cheese maker? Questionland rounded up Julia Wayne of Edible Seattle who provides a great answer. Not only did I learn about 3 local cheese makers but the names of the cheeses she mentions are a hoot; Woman of La Mancha, Cornish Yarg, Black Mambazo and Wynoochee River Blue are just some of the names mentioned.
