A pound of “cuties” in front of a 2+” fresh lime.

I visited the Santa Barbara farmers market over Thanksgiving weekend. These “Cutie” cucumbers were at the first stall. Aptly named, they were promised to be juicier than other varieties and flavored like a lemon cucumber.
It proved to be true.

Admittedly time-consuming to slice, each one is less than an inch long and about 1/3” around. They looked great sprinkled on the top of a salad and added a lemony crunch with every bite. Wouldn’t they be perfect for sushi?
