More meat from Rain Shadow Meats

Yesterday I had lunch at the Melrose Market with Tim. Could not pass up the meat on display at Rain Shadow Meats. I walked out with Chorizo sausages, 2 kinds of Italian sausage and a sampling of their beef short ribs. The Italian sausage and the short ribs will be tonight’s dinner.
