Sliced meatloaf heated in the microwave for 1 minute makes the sandwich even better.<\/p>\n
Ingredients<\/span><\/p>\n
2 slices (\u00bd \u201d thick) fresh crusty artisan bread
\n Mayonnaise<\/a>, preferably homemade
\nDijon mustard
\nCreamy horseradish
\nDill Pickle relish, thoroughly drained
\n Leftover meatloaf<\/a> sliced \u00bd\u201c thick, enough to cover a slice of bread
\nLettuce (or watercress or arugula<\/a>)<\/p>\n
Procedure<\/span><\/p>\n

Put a thin layer of mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Add mustard to bottom slice and horseradish and relish to the top slice.<\/li>\n
