Lemon, Olive Oil Vinaigrette
Serves 2 Salad Portions
Ingredients
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs. or so extra virgin olive oil
Procedure
- Wash and dry greens, break up into bite size pieces or sizes of your choice. Squeeze lemon juice over greens.
- Grind salt and pepper over greens in the amount that suits your taste. Toss the greens.
- Drizzle olive oil over greens in the amount that suits your taste.
- Toss the greens again. Serve immediately.
