Lemon, Olive Oil Vinaigrette
Serves 2 Salad Portions

Ingredients

Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs. or so extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

  1. Wash and dry greens, break up into bite size pieces or sizes of your choice. Squeeze lemon juice over greens.
  2. Grind salt and pepper over greens in the amount that suits your taste. Toss the greens.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over greens in the amount that suits your taste.
  4. Toss the greens again. Serve immediately.
