We met up with some friends at the Ballard Farmers Market last weekend.  Once again I am reminded how many things we are able to grow and produce well in the Pacific Northwest.

  1. Those pork loin chops from Sea Breeze were by far the best tasting pork I’ve eaten probably ever. I rubbed them with a cut garlic clove, seasoned them with some salt and pepper and grilled them. Nothing else needed.
